Whether you choose monthly or yearly billing, you get full access to AI-powered voice records, the disease map, web dashboard, and everything else Beentry offers.
When is the first payment charged?
Only after the 30-day free trial ends. You can use all features during the trial without entering payment details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings and the subscription will not renew. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do both plans include the same features?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans include the exact same feature set — AI records, disease map, web app, statistics, exports and everything else. The only difference is the billing cycle and price.
What payment methods are accepted?
On iOS, payment is processed through Apple App Store. On Android, through Google Play. On the web, we accept credit and debit cards via Stripe.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa) at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays safe in your account for at least one year after cancellation. If you resubscribe later, all your hive records, inspections and history will still be there — right where you left them.
